THE SPIRIT OF GIVING: PARADISE PAGES GIVES BACK TO HAWAII'S HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

Nine public high schools around O'ahu helped The Paradise Pages, Hawaii's newest phone directory, distribute its second edition this past July. Summoning their team spirit, bright and talented students from nine high schools that included
Castle-Kaiser-Kalaheo-Kapolei-Mililani-Roosevelt-Waianae-Waipahu-St. Francis distributed the Paradise Pages phone directories in a fundraising effort to support their high school sports programs. Sales reps volunteered to man distribution stations at high schools in different districts. Students from all over the island of O'ahu, successfully distributed directories, raising $60,000 to $80,000 that went to fund football uniforms, athletic clubs and travel expenses.
